President Emomali Rahmon Holds Phone Talk with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

DUSHANBE, 06.01.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On January 6, 2022, at the initiative of the Kazakh side, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Kazakh leader briefed President Rahmon on the situation in the country and the measures taken to stabilize it.
President Rahmon voiced his support of the efforts of the leadership of Kazakhstan and expressed hope that through dialogue it will be possible to restore stability, law and order.
He also announced the readiness of the country to participate in the Collective Peacekeeping Forces of the CSTO in accordance with its commitments.
