Tourism and Folk Crafts TV Launches in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 01.04.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, Tourism and Folk Crafts TV channel launched in Tajikistan.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Assistant to the President for Social Development and Public Relations Affairs Emomali Nasriddinzoda, Chairman of the Committee for Television and Radio Nuriddin Said, Director of Tourism and Folk Crafts TV Dilafruz Amirzoda, and other officials.
The main goal of the channel is to inform the population about important events and reports, programs on tourism and folk crafts, as well as to widely involve various sectors of society in the development of folk crafts, awakening public interest in them, creating the material technical base in the field of further development of tourism.
Over the past two years, per President Emomali Rahmon’s instructions, three new TV channels have been opened. They are Science and Nature TV, Shahnavoz TV, and Tourism and Folk Crafts TV.
