Dushanbe Will Host High-Level Women Pre-Conference Forum on Water Supply

DUSHANBE, 31.05.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of the Second International High-Level Conference dedicated to the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028,” the Committee for Women and Family Affairs will hold a high-level women pre-conference forum on water supply entitled “Woman and Water.”
The forum will focus on the initiatives of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in the field of drinking water supply.
The Second Dushanbe Water Conference will be held from June 6 through June 9.
About 2,000 high-ranking officials, politicians, scientists, experts representing governments, the UN and its agencies, international and regional organizations, financial institutions, academic institutions, civil society, including women and youth, will participate in the conference.
