Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, signed several laws.

Among them are the laws «On Education of Citizens’ Patriotism», «On Electronic Trade», «On commercialization of results of scientific and scientific-technical activities» and the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Education of Citizens’ Patriotism» aims to educate citizens in the spirit of honest and selfless service to the Motherland, pride in ancestors, tribute to national sanctity, and efforts for a free and prosperous future of the country.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Electronic Trade» is aimed at the development of buying and selling of goods, work and services using information and communication networks and non-cash operations, protection of legal rights and interests of electronic trade participants and ensuring their activities.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan » On commercialization of results of scientific and scientific-technical activities » envisages the integration of science and production, the practical implementation of scientific and technical achievements and, in general, for the rapid industrialization of the country.

The Cultural Code was developed and adopted taking into account the requirements of modern times, changes and developments in various spheres of the country’s life and further economic and social progress.

Adopted laws contribute to the development of economic and social spheres, entrepreneurship, the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the population’s life.
