Cooperation between Tajikistan and the OIC Discussed in Jeddah

DUSHANBE, 05.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 4, in Jeddah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects for cooperation between Tajikistan and the OIC in all aspects of mutual interest.
In this context, it was provided detailed information about international events and conferences planned to be held in Tajikistan this year.
The parties also exchanged views on current international and regional issues, including the crisis situation in Palestine and the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan.
