DUSHANBE, 31.12.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – In his Address to the Supreme Assembly, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon highlighted the international recognition of Navruz and noted that Navruz, Mehrgon, Sada, and Tirgon — which reflect principles of humanism and respect for nature, as well as the statehood traditions of our Aryan ancestors, who played a lasting and significant role in human history — form the foundation of the identity and authenticity of the Tajiks.
In this regard, the Government and the Executive Body of the State Authority of Dushanbe have been instructed to take measures to establish “Konun” — the Center of Aryan Civilization in the capital.
Furthermore, considering the enduring philosophy and wisdom of Navruz, its humanistic traditions, and their importance in educating future generations, the Head of State instructed to establish an International Navruz Center in Dushanbe.
President Emomali Rahmon emphasized that the implementation of these initiatives will serve as undeniable evidence of the Tajik people’s more than six-thousand-year-old history and rich cultural heritage.
