Tajik Culture Minister Meets Qatar Cultural Village Head in Doha

DUSHANBE, 09.02.2026 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan’s Minister of Culture Matlubakhon Sattoriyon met on Saturday with Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Sulaiti, director general of the Qatar Cultural Village Foundation, the Tajik Culture Ministry said.
The meeting took place in Doha on Feb. 8 on the sidelines of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in Qatar, the ministry said.
The two sides discussed the event and prospects for cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan in Qatar opened on Feb. 6 and will run through Feb. 13. The program includes concert performances, as well as exhibitions of national costumes, photographs and paintings, according to the ministry.
