Development of Tajikistan-Oman Cooperation in Various Areas Discussed in Muscat

DUSHANBE, 13.07.2026 (NIAT Khovar) – The current state and prospects for expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and the Sultanate of Oman in cultural heritage, tourism and other areas of mutual interest were discussed on July 12 during a meeting in Muscat between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Oman Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda and Oman’s Minister of Heritage and Tourism Sayyid Ibrahim bin Said Al Busaidi.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Oman, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in tourism, expanding interagency ties, organizing mutual visits of official and tourism delegations, and implementing joint initiatives.
The sides emphasized the importance of expanding practical cooperation, exchanging experience and effectively utilizing existing opportunities to further strengthen friendly relations and develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
Both parties expressed readiness to continue constructive dialogue and further expand cooperation across areas of shared interest.
