Tajikistan, SpaceX Discuss Cooperation Roadmap Following Starlink Launch

Prospects for cooperation following the official launch of Starlink operations in Tajikistan were discussed during an online meeting between representatives of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan and SpaceX/Starlink, Khovar reported, citing the agency.
The Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies presented a draft cooperation roadmap that envisions using satellite internet at health care and educational institutions, providing public services, connecting government agencies in remote areas, implementing artificial intelligence technologies, developing digital mapping and creating “green” computing infrastructure.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue working together to finalize and implement the roadmap. They also noted that the launch of Starlink operations in Tajikistan would provide an important foundation for developing a long-term technological partnership.
