Dushanbe, 22.02.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). – On April 10, in two single-mandate constituencies Firdavsi №1 and Jabbor Rasulov №16 will be held elections of deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan in place of the retired deputies on the above-mentioned constituencies.

Elections are organised by the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Republic of Tajikistan due to the fact that at the end of January by decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadali Vatanzoda has been appointed Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legal Issues — the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President to the Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

We remind that during the parliamentary elections in March 2015, Mahmadali Vatanzoda and Komil Salimzoda were elected as deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on the above-mentioned constituencies.
