Regional Conference on Investing in Youth Called Act Now — Create the Future Will be Held in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 20.03.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The regional conference on investing in youth called Act Now — Create the Future will be held on March 28-29 in Hyatt Regency hotel in Dushanbe, reported the Press Secretary of the Assembly of Representatives Muhammadato Sultonov.
The event is organized by the Assembly of Representatives of Tajikistan, the Committee for Youth and Sports, the Asian Association for Population and Development with the support of the Japan Trust Fund and the United Nations Population Fund.
The conference will provide an overview of the situation of social life and activities of young people in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Assembly of Representatives, diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the territory of Tajikistan, and other interested persons will take part in the conference.
The issues relating to the youth, such as civil activity of youth, activity of youth parliaments, results of medical and demographic research, will be raised.
Special attention is paid to the development of youth policy in Tajikistan. The event will serve as a direct platform for discussing issues relating to youth.
