Rustam Emomali Visits Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations of Azerbaijan and the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center

DUSHANBE, 04.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 4, Speaker of the Nationa Assembly of Tajikistan, Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali and his accompanying delegation visited the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The agency was established on the initiative of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in 2012, the main goal of which is to save costs and time of citizens in the implementation of public services, eliminate departmental barriers, increase transparency, strengthen the fight against corruption, improve confidence in government bodies and the widespread use of electronic services.
In the centers of the agency, citizens, regardless of the place of registration, can interact and make transactions with state bodies, including ministries and departments, 30 private companies and enterprises, more than 320 types of electronic services through a single window. The average duration of the provision of services to citizens takes up to 10 minutes.
Rustam Emomali also visited the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, on the territory of which there is a congress center, a museum named after Heydar Aliyev, various exhibition halls, whose activities are aimed at the fundamental study of the philosophy of state building and the Azerbaijani ideology of the First President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, the comprehensive development of the history, language, cultural, national, and spiritual values of this country.
The center was built in 2012 by architect Zaha Hadid and is one of the symbols of modern Baku. In 2014, it was recognized as the best building in the world.
