DUSHANBE, 06.06.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 4, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Natalia Gherman who is in Dushanbe to attend the Second International High-Level Conference on the International Decade for Action «Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028.»
The parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in resolving problems and conflicts, strengthening the state border, ensuring transnational security, safeguarding peace and sustainable development in the region.
They also expressed satisfaction with the level of partnership within the UN at the end of the meeting.
