DUSHANBE, 27.01.2024 (NIAT Khovar) — The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 9 of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, submitted proposal to the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on giving consents for the dismissal of the Deputy Prosecutor Generals of the Republic of Tajikistan Talbakzoda Dilshod Said, Rofizoda Mirzoamon Hamdam, Deputy Prosecutor General-Chief Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan Zoirzoda Ikrom Oymahmad and for the appointment of Karimzoda Umed Rahmatsho to the position of the First Deputy Prosecutor General, Azimzoda Sarvar Bozor — Deputy Prosecutor General, Vohidzoda Habibullo Saidullo — Deputy Prosecutor General-Chief Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Also, in accordance with Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On local bodies of state power», President gave consent on the appointment of Amirbekzoda Habibullo and Mirzozoda Muso to the position of Deputy Chairmеn of Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province.

In agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the prosecutor of Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province, the prosecutor of Khatlon Province, the prosecutors of Dushanbe, Kulob and Bokhtar cities as well as prosectors of Sino and Kushoniyon districts were appointed.
