DUSHANBE, 24.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 24, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the Chairman of Dushanbe, the Chairmen of the Sughd and Khatlon regions and the Minister of Internal Affairs, heard their reports on a number of the most important issues of the day, gave specific orders and instructions on timely and high-quality adoption of necessary measures.

It was mainly paid attention to the process of collecting a bountiful harvest of agricultural products, accelerating re-sowing, increasing the export potential of the country, especially the export of agricultural products, high-quality and timely completion of preparations for the autumn-winter season of 2024-2025, including the comprehensive and high-quality repair of educational facilities throughout the country to remote villages, expansion of creative work, first of all, the construction of manufacturing enterprises and the creation of new jobs. Additionally, specific instructions and orders were given on these important topics and, in general, on the accurate implementation of state plans and programs.

The Head of State, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, also drew great attention to the sharp increase in air temperature in the country, including in the Khatlon region, which began today and will last for several more days, gave instructions and orders to the responsible persons to prevent fires and other emergencies, protect buildings and structures, markets and fields, especially grain lands, monitor bathing areas for children and adolescents, as well as emphasized that people need to drink a lot of water to protect their health from extreme heat.
