DUSHANBE, 04.07.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. «On Tajikistan’s proposal following the SCO summit in Astana, the leaders of the member states approved a comprehensive Action Plan for the implementation of the SCO Economic Development Strategy for the period up to 2030,» Tajik Foreign Ministry said.

It should be noted that the SCO Economic Development Strategy was adopted on the initiative of the President of Tajikistan Honorable Emomali Rahmon during the New Delhi SCO Summit in 2023.

The action plan implies the adoption by the SCO member states of concrete steps to stimulate trade relations, ensure security and stability of international production and supply chains, food and energy security, as well as in the field of digital and green economy.
