DUSHANBE, 09.11.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 9, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in continuation of his working trip to the cities and districts of Khatlon Province visited Abdurahmoni Jomi district and first put in commission a 5-story residential building for civil servants.

The residential building has 25 apartments, including 20 two-room and 5 one-room apartments.

The Leader of the Nation was informed that the beautiful and modern building was erected on the area of 30 hundred acres of land, and in its spacious apartments, good conditions are created for the living of civil servants and their families.

Residential apartments were given to civil servants and employees of state offices and organizations in Abdurahmoni Jomi district.

The well-designed building is located in the center of the district and was built in a certain period with high quality. Apartments are fully equipped with household appliances.

It should be emphasized that during the period of independence, with the implementation of the social policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the special attention of the Head of State to civil servants, such service residential buildings were built and put to use in most cities and districts of the country, as a result of which numerous families got new apartments.

President Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the living conditions in the newly built apartments, praised the quality of the construction works and gave specific instructions and assignments to the heads of ministries, agencies and institutions whose employees got new apartments to lead dedicated work for the benefit of the state and the nation and contribute to the development of independent Tajikistan.

This attractive and beautiful residential building was named as a valuable gift of the Government of the country within the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan to civil servants of Abdurahmoni Jomi district.

The Leader of the Nation instructed the leadership of the region and the officials of related construction structures to build high-rise residential buildings in the center of all cities and districts in order to reduce the large allocation of land for housing.
