National Libraries of Tajikistan and Azerbaijan Sign Cooperation Agreement

DUSHANBE, 22.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 21, a cooperation agreement was signed between the National Library of Tajikistan and the National Library of Azerbaijan.
The agreement was signed during the ongoing Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Tajikistan, with the Director of the National Library of Tajikistan, Jumakhon Faizalizoda, and the Director of the National Library of Azerbaijan, Karim Tahirov, representing their respective institutions.
As part of the agreement, an Azerbaijani literature corner was inaugurated at the National Library of Tajikistan, and a meeting was held between the heads of both institutions to discuss further collaboration.
To enrich the literature corner, the Azerbaijani side donated a collection of books in the Azerbaijani language.
