On December 9, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned a new aluminum products plant, «Aluminiyi Avvalin» Limited Liability Company, in the city of Tursunzoda.

This plant was built by domestic entrepreneur Azizov Khurshed, together with the foreign company Treks Muhandislik, in honor of the great national holiday — 35th anniversary of state independence, on a total area of 6.2 hectares of land. Foundation work at the aluminum products plant began in October 2022 and was completed within the specified time frame with high quality.

The new facility was built in the city of Tursunzoda and is one of the most important enterprises in the aluminum processing industry in the country. It was reported that the plant is equipped with advanced technological lines with a capacity to produce 40 types of aluminum profiles and 10 thousand tons of high-quality products per year.

With the start of operation of the enterprise, 160 permanent jobs have been created for local residents.

The enterprise’s products meet international standards and, in addition to supplying the domestic market, also provide opportunities for export to foreign countries.

During the acquaintance with the production process, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, visited the main sectors of the enterprise and analyzed the technological process, the level of training of specialists, and the possibilities of further development. It was emphasized that the creation of such processing enterprises is a solid step on the path to the rapid industrialization of the country.

The opening of «Aluminiyi Avvalin» LLC is considered another important step in the implementation of the constructive policy of the state leadership towards strengthening the economic potential of Tajikistan.

Finally, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, visited the exhibition of products of the city’s industrial enterprises. At it, local enterprises exhibited their products, innovations, and production capabilities. During the introduction, the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to those responsible for the further development of the industry, the processing of domestic raw materials, especially primary aluminum, import substitution, and increasing the volume of exports of finished products.
