Festival Participants in Grodno Discover Tajik Culture

Bakhtovar Safarzoda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Belarus, took part in the closing events of the 15th National Festival of National Cultures, which traditionally brings together representatives of dozens of nationalities living in Belarus.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Belarus, one of the festival’s most colorful and welcoming attractions was the Tajik cultural courtyard, which showcased the rich heritage of the Tajik people. The exhibition featured traditional costumes, handicrafts and artistic decorations reflecting the country’s centuries-old traditions and cultural identity.
Performances by members of the Tajik community highlighted the program, with national songs and dances presenting the warmth, sincerity and spirit of Eastern hospitality. Festival visitors also had an opportunity to learn more about the culture, history and national values of the Tajik people.
On the sidelines of the festival, Chairman of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee Yuri Karaev met with heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Belarus.
