Tajikistan and JICA noted the importance of joint projects implementation
DUSHANBE, 07.12.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan in Japan Hamrokhon ZARIFI has met with Director of Central Asia and the Caucasus Division of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Taniguchi HAJIME on December 6 at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Japan, MFA Information Department reports.
“During the meeting the parties had an exchange of views on a number of issues of bilateral cooperation, and discussed the state and prospects of bilateral relations in various fields. Interlocutors thoroughly discussed the importance of the implementation of joint projects on the territory of Tajikistan”, — it is stated in the Ministry’s message.
It is reported that some other topical regional issues were also touched upon during the meeting. The meeting was also attended by senior officials from headquarters of JICA.
