Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon made a working trip to Panj district of Khatlon Region
DUSHANBE, 18.08.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today morning, in the continuation of his working trip to the cities and districts of Khatlon region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited Panj district.
In this district, the President of the country at first laid main stone in the construction of secondary educational institution №9 in the village Kabut Sayfiddinov. During his visit to Panj district Leader of the Nation opened the Central Stadium and here held a sincere and constructive meeting and conversation with activists and residents of the district.
The Head of state Emomali Rahmon as part of his trip to Panj district also visited an exhibition of agricultural products and food industry of the district, which was organized in the village Kabut Sayfiddinov and became familiar with the achievements of the district workers. After exhibition, the President of the country also visited the dehkan farm “Abdulhafiz”, where he launched the cotton picking campaign.
In the countinuation of his working trip to this district of Khatlon Region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited the Border detachment “Panj” and solemnly commissioned its new facilities.
Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon as a sign of respect laid a wreath in the complex of memory of Tajik and Russian soldiers and officers who died defending the state border. President of the country, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon made a speech before the valiant soldiers and officers of the Border detachment “Panj” and congratulated them and all servicemen of the Armed Forces of the country with the upcoming holiday — the state independence and wished them a valiant, glorious and successful service in the performance of their sacred duty. By decree of the President Emomali Rahmon, a number of servicemen and soldiers were awarded with the state awards of the Republic of Tajikistan — medals Jasorat, medals Valorous Border Guard of Tajikistan and Certificates of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Following awarding ceremony, a military parade was held with the participation of the servicemen of the Border detachment “Panj” in the presence of the President of the country, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
