DUSHANBE, 21.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani.
The message reads, in particular:
“Excellency,
It is with great sorrow that I hereby received the tragic news of the death and injury of a great number of people as a result of a suicide bombing attack perpetrated at a gathering to mark Prophet Birthday in Kabul.
We strongly condemn this inhuman terrorist attack and express our sincere sympathy to You, Your Excellency, and to the whole friendly people of Afghanistan and wish patience to the relatives and friends of victims. May Allah Almighty grant a speedy recovery to those injured.»
