Assembly of Representatives Adopts Amendments to Promotion of Employment

DUSHANBE, 19.10.2020 (NIAT Khovar) –Today, the Chairman of the Assembly of Representatives Mahmadtoir Zokirzoda presided over the session of the Council of the Assembly of Representatives. The session focused on the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Promotion of Employment.
The draft law was developed by the initiative of the deputies of Assembly of Representatives Sumangul Taghoyzoda and Gulbahor Ashurzoda.
Among the changes is an addition for regulating «teleworking» (remote work).
The meeting also considered a draft joint resolution of the National Assembly and Assemly of Representatives «On the draft agenda of the third joint session of the National Assembly and Assemly of Representatives, sixth convocation.»
In accordance with this resolution, the Oath of the office of the President of Tajikistan was included in the agenda of the third joint session.
