Shoazimov’s Provincial Dreamers Receives Three Awards at the Fathers and Sons Film Festival

DUSHANBE, 07.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – A film Provincial Dreamers by Tajik director Rumi Shoazimov received three awards at the Fathers and Sons international film festival in Russian Oryol.
Rumi Shoazimov received a special jury prize «The Hope of a Generation,» the actress Rafoat Shoazimova who played the main role, received the Audience Award, and the composer Ikbol Zavkibekov was awarded the title of laureate of the 1st degree for the music written for the film.
“Our film was selected for the competition program at the Asti Film Festival in Italy, which was postponed until January 2021. The competition will include 11 full-length films from different countries. In addition, the film will be shown in the competition program at the DIORAMA International Film Festival in India, which will take place from December 18 this year through January 1, 2021,” said Shoazimov.
