Tomorrow Dushanbe Will Celebrate Harvest and Farmers’ Holiday – Mehrgon

DUSHANBE, 16.10.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Mehrgon holiday will be celebrated tomorrow in the Abulkosim Firdavsi Culture and Recreational Park of Dushanbe, reports the Ministry of Agriculture.
An exhibition and sale of honey and agricultural products and equipment will be held as part of the celebration.
Festive events will start at 9:00.
The farmers from all over the country will present their vegetables and fruits at affordable prices, national dishes, as well as handicrafts. A cultural and entertainment program is also organized as part of the event. The participants and the best farmers will be presented with gifts and letters of gratitude.
The exhibition will be attended by representatives of the Presidential Executive Office, ministries and departments, representatives from the Agrarian Institute of Tajikistan, and activists of Khatlon, Badakhshon, Sughd, and districts of republican subordination.
