President Holds a Working Consultation

DUSHANBE, 03.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon held a working consultation with Deputy Prime Ministers, Chair of staff of the Presidential Executive Office, presidential advisers, and senior representatives of relevant ministries and agencies.
The issues related to the socio — economic situation, preparations for the upcoming winter, and mitigation of negative external factors on Tajikistan’s economy were the main items of the meeting agenda.
President Rahmon ordered the relevant bodies to take necessary measures to ensure adequate preparations for the winter, provide the population and social facilities with electricity and heat, and supply the market with food products and fuel.
Instructions were also given to comply with the law about streamlining of traditions, celebrations, and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan. He also urged the population to save and rationally use food products due to the current situation arising from climate change, drought, and shortages of water.
