Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia Discuss Health Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 11.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan Jamoliddin Abdullozoda and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Tajikistan Waleed bin Abdulrahman Alreshaidan exchanged views on expanding cooperation in various spheres of health and social protection.
They also expressed interest in strengthening cooperation, reports the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Abdullozoda noted that Saudi Arabia is playing an active role in helping those in need and victims of natural disasters around the world, prioritizing the health and safety of the civil society.
In July, Saudi Arabia provided Tajikistan with humanitarian aid, which was received in accordance with sanitary rules and provided to medical institutions.
