Tajik Poetess Shoira Rahimjon Receives Women for Peace Award at the Eurasian Literary Festival of Festivals

DUSHANBE, 12.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik poetess Shoira Rahimjon received the Women for Peace award among 16 other women writers from around the world at the V Eurasian Literary Festival of Festivals “LiFFT-2021,” which commenced on November 11 and will last through November 14 in Istanbul.
Three Tajik poets, including co-chair of the Assembly of Eurasian Peoples Abdukahhor Kosim, well-known poetesses Khosiyat Valizoda and Shoira Rahimjon are among 500 poets from 69 countries who are taking part at the V “LiFFT-2021.”
The event is held annually by the Assembly of Eurasian Peoples. Its purpose is to strengthen the creativity and friendship of writers and readers in Eurasia, and to create a single space for Eurasian literature.
