Tajikistan’s Social Development Strategy of the Population to Improve Living Conditions

DUSHANBE, 19.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The implementation of the Social Development Strategy of the Population of Tajikistan until 2030 was discussed yesterday in Dushanbe, reports the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
The working meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Shodikhon Jamshed, representatives of United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Tajikistan, and a number of ministries and departments.
Jamshed noted that improving living conditions and supporting the population is one of the priorities of the government.
The Social Development Strategy is the most important timely initiative, adopted with the support of President Emomali Rahmon.
The effective implementation of the strategy will contribute to an increase in the well-being of the population, in particular, the creation of decent working and living conditions for vulnerable groups.
