Nazarzoda and Borrell Discuss Main Areas of Rescue Management and Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 24.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On November 22, the Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Rustam Nazarzoda met with a EU delegation headed by the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
Nazarzoda informed the delegation about the main activities of the Committee and Cooperation with the EU in the field of disaster prevention and response.
The parties also exchanged views on general aspects and measures to establish practical cooperation.
They noted that further joint measures will be taken to strengthen the capacity and capabilities of the parties in this area of cooperation.
