New Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Arrives in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 20.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirodjiddin Mukhriddin received copies of the Credentials of the Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Ji Shumin.
The meeting focused on issues of expanding mutually beneficial comprehensive strategic cooperation between Tajikistan and China in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The parties also outlined plans for further practical implementation of the agreements reached following the meeting of the President Emomali Rahmon with Chinese President Xi Jinping on February 5, 2022 in Beijing.
Muhriddin congratulated Shumin on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission in Tajikistan.
