Iranian Culture Week Kicks Off in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 01.11.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – The Days of Iranian Culture commenced in Tajikistan today. The opening ceremony took place yesterday at the Sadriddin Ayni State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater with the participation of the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan Zulfiya Davlatzoda and the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran Mohammad-Mahdi Esmaili.
Days of Iranian Culture will be held in Dushanbe, Khujand, Bokhtar, and Kulob with the participation of 60 representatives of official bodies, as well as cultural and creative figures of this country.
Today, at 14:00, Iranian folk crafts will be exhibited at the National Museum of Tajikistan, and at 17:00, writers and poets of Tajikistan and Iran will gather at the Union of Writers of Tajikistan.
Tomorrow, the club of readers Shahnameh will be held at the National University of Tajikistan and the Pedagogical University of Tajikistan. Along with this, films Pisaroni Daryo, Takhti and Silk Waterway are scheduled to be shown in Kokhi Navruz and the Vatan cinema in Dushanbe.
On November 3 and November 4, the Iranian delegation will continue the Days of Culture in Khujand, Bokhtar and Kulob.
The Days of Iranian Culture in Tajikistan will last a week, ending on November 6.
The Days of Tajik Culture were held in Iran earlier in October.
