DUSHANBE, 05.10.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

At the beginning of the conversation, the President of Kazakhstan sincerely congratulated the Leader of the Nation on his birthday and wished the Head of our state good health and ever-increasing success in his state activities.

In this regard, it was emphasized that the Kazakh side respects the personality of our Head of State as an outstanding international statesman and a reliable friend who made a historical contribution to the development of relations between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

During the conversation, the Heads of State expressed their views on the continuous process of strengthening and expanding the current cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, and discussed specific issues of multifaceted relations between the two countries in the framework of strategic partnership and alliance.

The two sides assessed the continuation of high-level dialogue, as well as effective joint efforts to ensure further expansion of relations in all areas of interest for the benefit of the brotherly peoples of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
