Tajikistan, South Korea Hold Bilateral Political Consultations

DUSHANBE, 14.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 13, Dushanbe hosted interdepartmental political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea. The discussions were conducted at the level of department heads.
During the consultations, both sides expressed a mutual commitment to expanding cooperation, enhancing interdepartmental contacts, improving the legal framework, and developing economic ties between the two countries.
Additionally, the Republic of Korea delegation met with Tajikistan’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Farrukh Sharifzoda.
The meeting focused on the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea, as well as exploring future areas of collaboration within the framework of the «Central Asia – Republic of Korea» Cooperation Forum.
