DUSHANBE, 24.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 24, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Honorable Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
At the beginning of the conversation, our Head of State congratulated the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on his birthday, wishing him good health, well-being, and success in his state activities for the benefit of the fraternal people of Uzbekistan.
The Leader of the Nation emphasized the sustainable development of Uzbekistan and its constantly growing influence in the international arena under the leadership of Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The readiness of the parties to further joint efforts to achieve new results in the development of strategic partnership and alliance relations between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan was stressed.
The Heads of state of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan also discussed the schedule of meetings and contacts in the framework of upcoming international and regional events.
Views were exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
