Presidents of Tajikistan and Russia discuss upcoming summit meetings

DUSHANBE, 01.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 1, a meeting was held between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Russian Federation, Honorable Vladimir Putin.
During the conversation, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral relations and exchanged views on the results of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit.
The focus was on individual current issues on the international and regional agenda.
The leaders of the two states also considered issues of upcoming contacts at the highest level.
