Dushanbe, 26.02.2016 (NIAT «Khovar»). — The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon made personnel changes at the level of heads of local executive bodies of a number of districts in Khatlon and Sughd Regions, as well as Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sino. A special decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was also adopted on the establishment of the State Educational Institution «Khatlon State Medical University».

Thus, in accordance with Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, by the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulaymonzoda Akram Rahim was relieved as chairman of Abdurahmon Jomi district, Khatlon Region and was appointed Acting Chairman of Spitamen district, Sughd Region.

Bahodurzoda Abdujabbor Sattor was appointed acting chairman of Abdurahmon Jomi district. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khojazoda Orif Ashuri, due to transfer to another job, was relieved from the post of chairman of Spitamen district, Sughd Region and in agreement with the President of the country was appointed deputy chairman of Sughd region.

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Qurbon Ubaidullo Abdullo, due to transfer to another job, was relieved from the post of rector of the Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, replacing Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali.

By another decree of the Government of the country to improve the provision of medical institutions of cities and regions with specialists with higher medical education was established state educational institution «Khatlon State Medical University». To the position of rector of the university was appointed Qurbon Ubaidullo Abdullo.
