Message of condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin
Dushanbe, 19.03.2016. (NIAT «Khovar»). — President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin a message of condolences following the tragedy of passenger plane which occurred in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
Emomali Rahmon’s message reads in particular:
«Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I am deeply saddened by the news of the air disaster and the loss of dozens of lives.
On behalf of the Government and the people of Tajikistan, I express my sincere condolences to the friendly Russia.
I ask you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, to convey our heartfelt condolences and feelings of sympathy to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives.
