Dushanbe, 12.10.2016 / NIAT “Khovar” /. The national team of Tajikistan within the preparation for the qualifying tournament of Asian Cup-2019 will hold the two friendly matches against Turkmenistan and Afghanistan in November. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported at the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

“Both of these matches will be held at the Dushanbe Central Republican Stadium”, — said the statement.

On November 9, team of Tajikistan will play with the team of Turkmenistan, which currently occupies 116th place in the FIFA ranking. This match will take place at Dushanbe Central Republican Stadium and will begin at 17:00 hours.

Then, four days later, on November 13 the national team of Tajikistan will play with the national team of Afghanistan, which holds 149th place in September FIFA rankings. This match will also be held in Dushanbe and will start at 16:00 hours.

We will note that teams of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, as well as our team will take part in the group qualifying for Asian Cup – 2019 tournament, which kicks off in March next year.
