DUSHANBE, 02.06.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) on June 1 has published an updated ranking of national teams, in which the national team of Tajikistan, compared with the previous month, climbed one position and now with 205 points occupies the 137th position. Among the Asian teams, the team of the country still occupies 24th position. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the press-service of the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

We will recall that the national team of Tajikistan will hold its nearest official match within the framework of matches of the second round of the Asian Cup-2019 qualifier against the national team of Philippines, which occupies 126th position in FIFA rankings. That match will be held on June 13 at the Dushanbe Central Republican stadium in Dushanbe and will start at 21:00 local time.

The next FIFA ranking will be published on July 6.
