Tajik cadets won medals at the Asian Judo Cup
DUSHANBE, 22.06.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Cadet and Junior Asian Judo Cup started yesterday, June 21 in Issyk-Kul of the Kyrgyz Republic. 34 judokas (16 cadets and 18 juniors) represent Tajikistan in this tournament.
According to the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the first day, Tajik cadets competed at all weight categories among boys and won 2 medals. Sulaimon Jamshed won gold medal at the weight category of -60 kg and Farorun Mirzoshoyev – bronze medal at the weight category of -55 kg.
We will recall that 200 sportsmen (62 girls and 138 boys) from 12 countries take part in the competitions.
