New Farm Promises to Deliver 2.9 Million Hens to the Local Market
KHUJAND, 23.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – A local entrepreneur in Mastchoh District is completing the construction of Sugdiyon-Sverdlovsk poultry farm.
Its annual production capacity is planned to reach 2.9 million hens, with 100 local residents working in the farm to provide the domestic market with poultry and eggs.
Already, the poultry farm is growing 15,000 chickens, which were brought in January from Russia. The same number is planned to be purchased in September.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of independence, over 535 objects are planned to be built and renovated in the Mastchoh District. To date, 268 facilities have already been built. Over 50 facilities will be completed this year.
