Huaxin Gayur Cement Exported 120 Million Somoni Worth of Products During the Pandemic

DUSHANBE, 28.07.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Tajik-Chinese joint venture Huaxin Gayur Cement in the Yovon district has exported over 120 million somoni worth of products since the beginning of the pandemic. This was announced at a press conference by the district’s Chairman Jamshed Saidzoda.
“Due to the coronavirus pandemic, foreign specialists have returned to their homeland, but this does not mean that without them we were unable to continue to work. Our cement plant currently employs local specialists who are trained in production technology. Cement production has not decreased, but rather has increased,” it was noted at the press conference.
Huaxin Gayur Cement is one of the leading ventures for the production of cement in Tajikistan and exports it mainly to Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
