Tajik and Turkish Business Circles Discussed Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation in a Pandemic

DUSHANBE, 17.09.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik and Turkish official representatives of ministries and departments, as well as business circles held a video conference, where discussed topical issues relating to the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation, reports the Tajik Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The video conference focused on attracting the attention of Turkish investors to the economic potential of Tajikistan, establishing partnerships between Tajik and Turkish companies, clarifying the policy of attracting foreign investment, and developing bilateral investment and trade relations.
Following the plenary session, according to the program, the work of the video conference was continued in parallel sectoral sections on construction and energy, textile and food industries, and agriculture.
Totally, the event was attended by over 180 entrepreneurs, business representatives from Tajikistan and Turkey.
