DUSHANBE, 12.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Istiklol FC, which arrived in Saudi Arabia the day before to participate in the Asian Champions League group stage, held their first training session in Riyadh.

The first session of the Tajik footballers was held at the training field of the Prince Faisal bin Fahd stadium.

“The Champions League is a new challenge for us. We want to achieve great results and please our fans with every game,” said Istiklol’s head coach Vitaly Levchenko.

According to the results of the group stage draw, Istiklol will play in Group A against Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai (UAE), as well as AGMK (Uzbekistan).
