Tajik Boxer Samadova Reaches World Cup Final

DUSHANBE, 10.12.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik boxer Mijgona Samadova reached the World Cup final in the 57 kg + weight category.
In the semifinals, she beat the Russian athlete Malika Shahidova and reaching the final by the decision of the judges.
The Men and Women World Boxing Cup from 19 year olds through 40 is being held in Russia’s Nizhnevartovsk in memory of the Hero of Socialist Labor Farmon Salmonov.
Samadova will go against another Russian boxer on December 11.
Other Tajik boxers Shoira Zulkainarova and Sulaimon Nodirov were defeated by their rivals.
