DUSHANBE, 16.02.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Dushanbe hosted a regular meeting of the Steering Committee of the Project “Strengthening Vulnerable, Food Unsustainable Communities to Climate Change and Achieving Diversity of Lifestyles in the Mountainous Regions of Tajikistan”, funded by the Green Climate Fund.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection Bahodur Sheralizoda, Permanent Director of the World Food Program in Tajikistan, senior officials of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Forestry Agency, the Hydrometeorology Agency, and the Project Center of the Committee for Environmental Protection.
The meeting focused on the implementation of the World Food Program project.
The members of the Steering Committee presented specific proposals on the project implementation process.
