Tajik Delegation Attends Meeting of the Council of SCO Interbank Union

DUSHANBE, 25.08.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik delegation headed by the Chairman of Amonatbank Sirojiddin Ikromi took part in the 18th meeting of the Council of the SCO Interbank Union in Tashkent from August 23 through August 24.
The meeting focused on six important issues in the field of banking and investment.
The meeting participants also discussed issues of commercial financing for the development of trade between SCO member countries.
Following the meeting, participants signed a number of documents, such as the plan of joint measures to support and develop regional cooperation in the post-pandemic period and new principles of financial cooperation and cooperation through the provision of credit lines.
The signing of these documents will make it possible to strengthen the financial activities of the members of the Interbank Union and to help in financing and attracting direct capital to the economies of the SCO member countries.
