DUSHANBE, 21.11.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – As Khovar reported earlier, Ismoil Mahmadzoir was elected as the new President of the Judo Federation of Tajikistan for 2022-2026. Over the past year, he has been recognized as one of the prominent sponsors of the sports sector and has made a significant contribution to its development in the country. Khovar has prepared an article about the IMGROUP.TJ company, founded on his initiative and sponsoring several international competitions in Tajikistan, which is presented below.

In a period of several years Ismoil Mahmadzoir showed himself in a best way to provide support and sponsorship for Tajik sport athletes and developing of sport infrastructure thereby became one of the popular faces of this sphere in Tajikistan. He instantly contributes and investing to the development of the sport in Tajikistan and always ready to support Tajik athletes.

Only in 2022 the newly established by him a company of IMGROUP.TJ invested in holding several international high tournaments in Tajikistan. One of the best examples on this regard can be an Asian Road and Para Cycling Championship held in beautiful and green city of Dushanbe from 25th to 30th of March 2022. During this historical event for Tajikistan Ismoil made a great contribution to the successful held of the tournament by providing free and comfortable accommodation for all competitors.

Also, several other competitions organized in capital of Tajikistan were also financially supported by IMGROUP.TJ company where especially important to note 2022 Asian Championships on mixed martial arts which was also sponsored partially by the company. In fact, holding of an international tournaments help the country to enhances the reputation and aware the world about development of the Tajikistan as a sport nation with modern infrastructure.

The company of IMGROUP.TJ constantly strives to support not only international sport events but also local championships and tournaments. Every year there is a Cup of Istiklol on small football held in Dushanbe between local administrative offices, ministries and agencies of the capital city. This year the young company of IMGROUP.TJ also participated in the Cup and qualified to ¼ — quarterfinal round of the competition. It should be mentioned that Ismoil himself played in this team and became the best goal scorer with 7 goals.

Ravshan Football Club is one of the most popular clubs in Tajikistan. It became a champion of Tajikistan with sponsorship by Hoji Sharif company and had some financial problems recently. IMGROUP.TJ and personally Ismoili Mahmadzoir came to support the former champion. This support helped the club to reunion and reborn again as a great team. They have also qualified and played on group stage of the Asian Football Confederation Cup. At the moment Ismoil fully supports the club and the players of Ravshan FC have no problems with their salary and all necessary conditions are provided for the club. The team has a good chance to win a high position on the table of the tournament.

At the same time, it should be mentioned that Ismoil is not only a sponsoring the sport events but also investing in development and construction of sport facilities in the country. The modern judo club of Hoji Sharif is a best example of these words. Judokas from whole Tajikistan are coming to this club for training and parents are happy to bring their kids to this fully equipped sport facility of Dushanbe. The athletes of the club have already good results and bringing medals from each competition they participated and visit. Till now 171 medals, from which 47th are gold medals, 30 silver medals, and 94 are bronze medals, which can be count as an outstanding result for a newly established sports club.

From abovementioned words, we conclude that Ismoil has great potential and pays a special attention to sport, especially to Judo. Undoubtedly, it is not a secret that judo is one of the most popular sports in Tajikistan. Nowadays, under the support of this young patriot, many judo athletes are receiving financial supports and can reach the highest points in intercontinental tournaments and represent their country and Independent and developing Tajikistan.

Ismoil as a young and perspective patriot, who loves his motherland instantly supports and takes care of Tajik athletes in all possible ways. He actively takes initiative in developing sport in the country and have ambitions to contribute and invest in construction of sports facilities in Tajikistan, which is another fact and the best example of his love for the nation and sports. This is a mission of serving the motherland and our young brave patriot is crossing this way. He can be a best example for the other young generation.
